Deposit & Reservation Policy

Thank you for your interest in reserving one of our Kittens/Cats. Below is our deposit and reservation policy.

Deposit Amount

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your Kitten
• The deposit amount will be applied toward the total purchase price
• Deposits are accepted after your application has been approved

Reservation Process

1. Submit an application through our website
2. Once approved, you will be contacted to discuss available Kittens/Cats
3. After selecting your Kitten/Cat, a deposit is required to secure your reservation
4. The remaining balance is due before or at pickup

Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable if the buyer changes their mind
• We do realize due to unforeseen events in people’s lives that things happen to make a family unable to get the Kitten they have paid for, any money sent towards the purchase of our Kitten is non-refundable. If paid in FULL you may choose a Kitten from another litter minus the deposit. You will have up to 1 year to use this money. When placing a deposit on a waiting list you will have 2 years to use that deposit

Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Bank transfer (Zelle)
• Cash at pickup
• Other methods by arrangement (Venmo, Cash App, CC)
• The final payment unless given 1 week in advance is given in cash only
