Our Health Guarantee

We stand behind the health of every Kitten/Cat that leaves our program. Below are some of the details of our health guarantee, you can find the full guarantee in our adoption agreement.

What's Covered

  • All Kittens/Cats are sold with a written health guarantee
  • We guarantee against genetic defects for a specified period

Medical Records

Your new companion will come with:

  • Complete vaccination records
  • Deworming history

Claim Process

If you believe your Kitten/Cat has a condition covered under our guarantee:

  1. Contact us within the guarantee period
  2. Provide documentation from a licensed veterinarian
  3. We will work with you to find the best resolution

Important Notes

  • The guarantee requires that your Kitten/Cat receive a veterinary checkup within 72 hours of going home
  • Feeding a high-quality diet appropriate for the breed is required
  • Spay/neuter requirements must be followed per your adoption agreement
