We stand behind the health of every animal that leaves our program. Below are some the details of our health guarantee, you can find the whole guarantee in our contract.

What's Covered

• All animals are sold with a written health guarantee
• We guarantee against genetic defects for a specified period

Medical Records

Your new companion will come with:

• Complete vaccination records
• Deworming history

Claim Process

If you believe your animal has a condition covered under our guarantee:

1. Contact us within the guarantee period
2. Provide documentation from a licensed veterinarian
3. We will work with you to find the best resolution

Important Notes

• The guarantee requires that your animal receive a veterinary checkup within 72 hours of going home
• Feeding a high-quality diet appropriate for the breed is required
• Spay/neuter requirements must be followed per your contract
